Vandalism to the Max [Mission]

Post by Chris on Sat Nov 24, 2012 1:58 am

“Are you going to do something, Chris? The boss’ secretary is calling… I think they’re up to something. Want to check it out? Hmmm… I don’t think its any big deal. It seems not so urgent to me. Something about the boss’ friend. I saw the gentleman came here earlier.”

“Alright. I guess I'll take a look.”

Several hours later…

"Damn… I should have not went there. Though its hard to say no if the boss was the one who asked for it… Vandalism problem, huh? Shouldn’t the local authorities handle this stuffs? Kids…" He sighed. Though its not something he’s not particularly interested upon but seeing that he was asked to do cleaning of vandalized walls, walls nearly a kilometer in length… its just not the type Chris would do and spend his day at. But no whining would do seeing that he’s already on his way to the property of Mr. Graffiti, the client of the not so Chris-esque mission.

“Now what do we have here? Seems like everything is in good shape already…“ He sees the mentioned wall from the distance but what he can see is a clean wall made of stone covered with pure white paint. It appears that the client’s men has already finished the job. He thought of leaving. He was curious. There are the men and he can see them from the distance. It appears that they had the job already done but from what he see on their expression, worn out and tired as hell men.

The paint is still fresh and as Chris walks, still heading to the mansion and meet up with Mr. Graffiti though he thought his presence will be in no more need, he observes the environment. The location where Mr. Graffiti’s mansion lies. Its just across the mid to lower class of men living within the same city. Damn. Now who wouldn’t get… intimidated by such property. He gives out a chuckle. He does not think any deep matters more than the relation of the buildings around compared the Mr. Graffiti’s walls. He doesn’t give a shit. Chris is not that type. He’s just here for the work though… it appears that its already finished. Not.

The walls was indeed large and as he reached the main gate he saw what lies on its other half. Chris looked back as to how white the first part of the walls is. Where he came from while walking. He saw colorful writings and drawings on the wall. He’s not a fan of such but Chris was, indeed, amazed on what he saw. From where he’s standing and up to the stretch of the wall he can see, covered with the same vandalism. Not so professional like but it looks alright. At least, for Chris’ taste but it does not matter.

“Good day… My name is Chris. From Sable Pantera.” At the gate, he caught up and meets with the men ahead of him earlier. He introduced himself. “Yes. I’m the one the guild has sent. Is Mr. Graffiti, there?”, he asked while still observing the walls and them men on the same time. Their job wasn’t finished at all. They were just half way through. Or lower.

Re: Vandalism to the Max [Mission]

“Oh! Yes! I did not thought that that close friend of mine would send someone like… you! Very intimidating body!” Chris was greeted by Mr. Graffiti as he entered the mansion. And much to what Chris feels, he still can’t get over the fact that he’d be doing pain job. At least, there are other men, too.

“Now… you wouldn’t be punching and kicking those vandalizing my walls, would you? Grrogrogro! I’m just joking around but they’re not a joke… they get into my nerves and I can’t really look at my property well…”, Mr. Graffiti adds while offering Chris a tea. “So basically… you want another hand to help your men pain the walls right?” While saying no to the tea, Chris simply stood up while looking over the window and back to Mr. Graffiti as he inquire about what he’ll be doing. He did not clearly get the full context of the details so he might as well hear it from the client directly. “Oh! No no no no… you’re not going to just pain the walls back. Pretend to be one of my men and for sure, those fools will come.”

Chris remembered what one of Mr. Graffiti’s men told him earlier. “Those little delinquents… those brats! So annoying! Every time we paint the walls back to its original state, paining it back to wait… they get angry and will attack as with bottles full of paints. We’ve been dealing with them for the last month and it seems they don’t get any lesson…”

“…so that’s all of it. I task you to be the one who will catch those little pesters and have them taken to the authorities!”

Chris went to the dress room as instructed. He has to change his attire to that of Mr. Graffiti’s men since basically, what he wear is very unfitting for a simple painting job. Plus, having weapons and camouflage mercenary uniform does scare civilians sometime. It might defeat the purpose of pretending. He did and went with the men afterwards. Equipped not with guns like he usually do but with paint brush and scrapping tools, he proceeds to his work.

“Are you alright with what you are wearing right now?”, one of the men asked Chris and answering it as casual as possible, he’s not curious as to why he was asked that, he said he’s fine. He just nod with a gesture saying to carry on. For real, the outfit he wear barely fits him and with a sudden and miscalculated movement, the uniform might get torn off. His muscles were so fit with the uniform. “You get this if you’re not really into paint jobs” A remark with an intent to be a joke more than anything else, Chris was not able to deliver it quite humorously. “How long does this whole painting the wall back to white thing will take? He was curious as it was mentioned by them earlier that they have done this multiple times already. Chris was dead pan serious when he asked this since his movements were really limited given the tightly fitted working uniform.

“Usually…”, one of them suddenly speak with a sarcastic tone, ”if the youngsters won’t show up while we’re at it… A whole day.”, the man answers.

“That’s the good part. The minimum! If they did show up… do the math and add the injuries we get from the bottles they’re throwing!”, another one joins as paint the wall back to white along with Chris.

Re: Vandalism to the Max [Mission]

Post by Chris on Sun Nov 25, 2012 2:22 am

For the next minutes which then turned into a couple of hours, Chris has been doing the same thing like the rest of Mr. Graffiti’s men though a little bit less passionate as in no passion at all. The heck he’ll do such labor but in the end, he’s not the type who will back off, he’s waving his brush here and there with his right hand while scraping the part that will be painted with his left. He’s doing it at least correctly though not exactly what he must be doing. There’s a catch in this work: If the youngsters did shows up, then there will be action. Action in which still doesn’t suit him since he’s an adult and he’d be apprehending youngsters. If they did not show up, in which Chris has been thinking that must not happen, he has to finish the wall they were currently working. They’re nearly at the half of the half of the wall. Just 25 percent and it has been a couple of hours already. It really hit his head that this is not the type of recon he thought he’d ever participate. He gives out a sigh. Or probably it’s the uniform that he’s wearing…

“Hey, new guy!” It was directed to Chris. “New guy with large arms… you’re not helping at all! The heck is wr…” “Shut it…he’s not here to work with us at all! Now back at what you’re doing.” Chris simply ignored while two distant men from him argues. Still, it did not made him change the phase of how he use his hands. “Are you a little uncomfortable with that outfit? So tight!”, the older fellow had a quick chat to Chris. A conversation worth responding to but before he reply back, he sensed something coming their direction. Its not a person but a thing. Its nearly getting dark around 16:00 and that’s the time the youngsters shows up.

Chris caught the first of the bottles which was thrown to them. He felt it and with his right arm, still facing the wall, he just simply rotated it leaving the brush in mid air and as it falls, Chris has already caught the bottle and on the same time, he glanced on their back. He might appear to be angry but deep inside, he was thankful in away that he’d be doing something other than paint, paint and paint. Pain in the ass. “Oh dear…” Both Chris and the older man and the rest of the men turned around. “Okay…” Chris simply grinned though he’s acting like the rest of the men. Waiting for the right timing.

“Okay..? We should be getting out of here now!”, the other man who heard Chris saying his overly confident line begged to differ. Everybody else except for Chris was startled and then he stepped forward. “Never learned! You adults! We told you stop doing that! You’re vandalizing our walls!” “Its ours!” “Ours!” They ranted and shout. They started to pull stuffs from their back and there goes the bottles that they’d be throwing.

The other ran. Chris stayed. “Left behind, mister?” Chris simply grinned. His switch is going to flip. “Shat of your pants?” “Hahaha! This big bull! Alright! We’ll count at 3!” “You run, alright?”, the youngsters made fun of Chris and they started counting.

“3!!!” They started counting. Chris cracked the bones of his fists and neck.

“2!!!” Counting and assembling. Chris counts with them mentally.

“1!!!” End of counting. Chris grinned. They were ready to throw. Chris snapped.

“HhhOoOoooooorrRrrraaaAAAaaaaaaaaaAAaaAaaaaAaahhhHhhhhh!” A battle cry!

Around 16:30 of the day, the youngsters who were said to be vandalizing the walls around the property of Mr. Graffiti arrived. The said delinquents ranges from 12 to 15 in number on their teens and they were carrying throwing items, specifically bottles filled with paints and some were said to be with gasses. Of all the men who were doing their jobs, Chris remained as the other flocks back the gates. Chris is there for them on the first place and a confrontation began. A confrontation that one would most likely mistaken as a very serious one since there was a dead pan silence then afterwards a countdown. Funny, Chris was excited. Very.

As the countdown ends, Chris shouted loud enough that it made the flocked men turn around. Loud enough to get the attention of those not near them and loud enough that even the youngsters, themselves, stopped. They were about to throw the bottles they were holding but as Chris shouts, they stopped halfway through. “What the f...?!” They were confused.

Chris opened his legs while he was shouting and by the time it ends, he’s already on a position to throw himself towards the other side. The shirt and the pants, around the knee and below, got ripped as his muscles got stretched out. He hulked out. He did not turn green though. He’s still hundred percent conscious and he’s not raging out. From what he can see, the once over their heads delinquents were the one who got startled. They halt from throwing the bottles save from the one but it just slipped from his grip and just hit the ground near his feet. “The hell!” Chris charges and it made the delinquents scrambled. Their expression changed from grinning and smirking to confused with wide open mouths and some starting to take a step backwards. For the record, Chris has no beef with the delinquents and will not use excessive force.

“Run! This is a crazy ma… n!!!” With just split of seconds, Chris was already in front of the youngsters and before they flock away. He grabbed two of them with his left hand by their shirts and another one with his right. He easily towered the youngsters and it really scared them off. The first three, he threw them to the men he works with earlier who were not starting to walk closer to where they were. He was like throwing ragdolls but with amount of care. “Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! Help!!!” The rest started to run off. Some threw the remains of the bottles with them out of shock. “Now wait a minute! Lets have a talk!”, Chris said it not with a sarcastic look. He continued catching the then flocking delinquents. Two… Three… Four… Five and Six! They were easily got caught within Chris arms the next moment aft wards and were immediately held by the rest of the men. Worry not, they were still child friendly and will not harm them contrast to what they should be doing in exchange to the injuries they suffered from them.

Seven to nine delinquents left.

Re: Vandalism to the Max [Mission]

Post by Chris on Tue Nov 27, 2012 8:49 am

A sudden chase has beganas out of nowhere and Chris went nuts. He did not actually but he’s focused and determined to catch the delinquents who’ve been vandalizing his client’s properties and been injuring those who’ve keeping the place clean. At least, for the first part of the chase, they did not retaliate against Chris but as it turn out that the younger ones were the one he caught and that the older ones where on the loose and he’s chasing, things starts to slowly turn complicated. On the street the scattered and were not looking back unless they’re going to throw the remains of the bottles they were holding. Chris dodges most of it though it really does cause damage to other properties. Of course, he won’t be outrun by the delinquents and has just caught up another two of them right afterwards. He did not gave in into random chases but selected. Two more down and seven to go.

“Out of the way… out of the way!“ The bystanders where on his way but they do move to the sides just like what Chris asked. Who wouldn’t? Seeing a large muscled man with ripped shirt and all hulked out will definitely move them involuntarily. He’s still chasing the rest of the delinquents. Good thing the rest of the men were following him. Its ridiculous but Chris has to put an end to this.

“Now where do you think you guys are going?” He caught up with the fleeing delinquents not after a five minute long chase. They’re not far from the rest of by standers. Entirely secluded. Chris got the delinquents cornered and as he walk closer to them, he felt a déjà vu. Aside from that, as he slowly walk, he gets a feeling that he’s the bad guy as he’s been chasing them with such state. But he has to deal with them.

“Okay… mister. You are so creepy! I swear! I swear! We won’t touch that large wall again! We swear! We swear! We swear not!” They were not asking for Chris to stop his pursuit. It was a ploy as two of them sneaked from his back with metal bars coming. Half day of numbing work and now some action. They did not got Chris since compared to them, his experience easily giants theirs. He just lean to his side with his head bowing down and went back straight immediately after. He grabbed the assaulter by their neck though not tight. “Enough!” His voice echoes or more likely just loud. He let go of his hold and push them, gently as possible to the rest. Chris casts his magic after and summons his mercenary uniform, with his weapons and his belts. He did not mind showing the delinquents his weapons just to intimidate them more as to what they are at the moment. “Alright. Back to top. What are you swearing again? I did not hear it clearly…” He's giving them a warning leaning out his waist where they can easily see his weapon helped him make the delinquents promise. But given a bit of problem the caused for Chris though its not something he should be taking personally… he got it covered.

“Wow you’re great! And from Sable Pantera! As expected… you even got the job done. Our job!” The end result is as follows. Chris was able to apprehend that young delinquents and had them swear not to do the same thing again for Chris will show up and will deal with them again. On top of that, before turning them into the custody, he made a quick deal with them. To ensure who’s superior among them. Chris had them paint the remaining wall back to white but did promise that he’d make a way where they could express their emotions… whatever they call it. Mr. Graffiti’s happy. Only that he’s not just a fan of graffitis.
