This is a fairly new site, being only about 2 and a half months old. Our setting takes place about 400 years into the past - x391 being the current year - and dragons freely roam Earthland. While humans and dragons are currently in peace with each other, there is darkness brewing and that fragile line of truce between them might just break soon enough.

Description: Kirei's Sword Magic centers around the use of a single pair of swords, Deity and Demon. By channeling his magic through the swords, he is able to create various spell effects. These can range from increases in the attack strength of the swords themselves to projectile attacks generated from the force of his swings. While it has very few defensive capabilities, the few it actually does possess are invaluable to Kirei in a fight. An example of the defensive capabilities of Kirei's magic would be being able augment the strength of his swings to slice through an incoming spell, thereby effectively dispersing it.

Requirements: Must be wielding Demon/Sword Magic
Effect: Using his sword as a medium, Kirei channels his magic into his sword, increasing his physical strength by 15% while decreasing his defense by 10%. While this spell is active, Kirei cannot benefit from any type of healing effects. Additionally, if he is disarmed the effect is instantly dispelled.

Requirements: Must be wielding Deity/Sword Magic, Akuma's Zeal must be active
Effect: Using his sword as a medium, Kirei channels his magic into his sword, increasing his movement speed by 15% while decreasing his defense by 5%. This spell cannot be activated if he is not wielding Deity and Akuma's Zeal is not activated. Additionally, if he is disarmed the effect is instantly dispelled.

(Spell Name) Dispersal Slash
Tier: Base Spell
Sigils/Sigil Slots: 0/0
Magic Cost: 10
Type: Defensive
Element: ----
Range: Up to 5 feet ahead in any direction from his current position
Requirements: Must be wielding Deity and Demon/Sword Magic
Effect: Kirei can perform this spell in two ways, though the effect is the same regardless of how he performs it. The first way is that he will quickly draw his swords and slash them towards the incoming spell. The second is if he already has his swords drawn, he simply slashes at them at the spell. Regardless of the method to initiate the spell, the effect is the same: the magic channeled into his swords combined with the force of his swing produces a cleaving effect, slashing through and dispersing a Base level spell. If the spell is Tier 1, Kirei must pay an additional 5 magic. This spell is ineffective against area of effect spells and cannot be used on multiple incoming spells (ie two or more spells and not a single spell with multiple effects [a spell that creates 5 fireballs])

(Spell Name) Crescent Cut

Type: Offensive

Range: Up to 5 meters in the direction he is currently facing
Requirements: Must be wielding Deity and Demon/Sword Magic
Effect: Channeling his magic into his swords, Kirei will swing them in a simultaneous crescent motion towards his opponent. Much like his Dispersal Slash spell, the gathered magic combined with the force of his swing will create a cleaving effect. The difference, however, being that instead of slashing through a spell Kirei sends a crescent shaped "pulse" flying towards his opponent. The pulse moves at 1m/s and is capable of inflicting slashing damage on impact. The pulse can only travel in a straight line and will dissipate upon traveling 5 meters ahead of Kirei.

Tier: Base Spell

Magic Cost: 10
Type: Offensive
Element: ----
Range: Melee
Requirements: Must be wielding Deity and Demon/Sword Magic
Effect: Kirei will channel his magic into his swords, the act of which requires 1 post. After he has done so, he will charge towards his opponent and attempt to slash at them. If the slash connects, Kirei will follow up with a second slash, repeating again if the second slash connects. If a total of five slashes connect, Kirei will follow with an upward slash from both swords. If this final slash connects, the opponent will be knocked airborne by a funnel of slashing wind (5 meters). Each subsequent slash after the initial slash requires an additional 5 magic be paid. Additionally, if the initial charge and slash does not connect, the following slashes cannot occur.

I'll approve this but just to be sure to you want to do it how it is or do you want to do requip. I will need you to edit your weapons to the new rules however regardless of whether you use choose to use requip or not.
