Question about Plot Spells.

So i have a question for the Mods/Admins.

Lets say i have a couple spells that will have no effect on combat capeabilities. And that will be used for RP purposes only. Like Spells to drive along a plot between me and other characters as well as mix a little variety into the already awesomness that is going to be this site.

Now my question is do said spells have to be approved by mods as a regular spell or Can they be something i add to his Puzzle box as "Non-Combat Story Spells" so that if someone wants to do a plot involving them we still can. Of course i understand if it needs to be approved but i dont want to waste one of my 5 starter spells on these and they prolly wont pass as just Base Spells.

Mayhaps a "Plot Spell Approval" of some kind? I know its not something alot of people would really think up and you might think im being random but i have alot of ideas id like to use to make fun Storys for me and some other characters for this site. ^_^

Ya i knew about all the rules on it since said spell may or may not be character altering in some way of course you would need approval. And thanks to both of you for the quick response ^_^ I appreciate it.
