We welcome you to Delirium, where things are not what they seem and magic is just the beginning of your adventure.
This is a fairly new site, being only about 2 and a half months old. Our setting takes place about 400 years into the past - x391 being the current year - and dragons freely roam Earthland. While humans and dragons are currently in peace with each other, there is darkness brewing and that fragile line of truce between them might just break soon enough.

This is a shoutout to the newbs. If your character has no intention of joining the rune knights or have a direct affiliation with the magic council or fiore government then ignore this post.

My character's history involves being raised by the magic council for a time. If anyone is willing to build a history involving my character that would be great. It makes little difference one way or another but it would be good character development for both sides. Whether it's a feeling of betrayal, love, admiration, hatred, whatever your character would feel towards Heero would be valid. I just want to make some development in that persona.
