The spells are named after different flora and the effect of each spell is determined by the language of that flower. Floristic magic has a wide variety of uses ranging from support, utility defensive and offensive.
Side-Effects: Floristic magic has no side effects but due to its botanical quality most of its spells are burned by the element of fire.

Range: Self / Anyone within a 10 meter range of Erik.
Requirements: N/A
Effect: Ivy means Dependence and Endurance. Once this spell is activated a four petal flower immediately engulfs the target. The petals of this flower are a magenta colour and gradient into a soft yellow towards the tips. This spell can be targeted on anyone within range, including Erik himself. While inside this flower the target cannot move but in exchange is protected from any external force be it magical or physical. The target can be freed from the flower upon Erik’s command. The flower will shatter after taking a force equal to three base spells, two Tier 1 spells or a single Tier 2 spell.

Lobelia

Effect: Lobelia means malevolence. This spell summons three flowers in a gentle curve surface offset in front of Erik. The flowers are a soft violet in colour with six petals each and a light yellow centre. Each flower is 3 feet in height and 2 feet in width. Upon summoning a large cloud of purple powder is shot from each flower. The clouds are the same size of the flower and travel at 5 m/s. Once released carry through the air until contact is made or the powder fades (After travelling 10 meters). The powder is a type of absorbed poison that takes effect upon contact. The poison does minor damage and leave pox behind on the skin. The poison has a toxicity Rating of 1 and causes itching and coughing. The powder cannot be burned by fire but wind spells can blow the powder away. Alternatively the flowers that excrete the powder can be destroyed beforehand to prevent the release of poison in the first place.

Viscaria

Effect: Viscaria means literally “invitation to dance”. This spell summons hundreds of glowing pink flower petals. The petals soar toward the target in a long tunnel formation (1 an meter in diameter), directed by Erik’s hands. The petals shatter and scrape repeatedly against the target. At its current level the petals can only travel in a straight line once fired and leave a few bruises and many cuts and grazes. The petals cannot be blown off course by wind spells but may be burned before contact.

Phlox

Range: Extendable up to 10 meters
Requirements: N/A
Effect: Phlox means “Our souls are united”. This spell transforms part of Erik’s right arm, from elbow to hand. This part of his arm becomes a series of three flexible vines twisted around each other connected to, at the end of the vine, where his hand should be, one large venus fly trap like plant, with thick thorns on the outside and sharp teeth. The arm can be swing and extend at will and the trap can open and close like a mouth to grapple and crunch.

Requirements:Ivy
Effect: This spell fills the Ivy lower with a soft warm liquid that rejuvenates the target inside Ivy. This liquid does not heal burns but restores stamina and heals light bruises and scratches.
